A one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group stretches have a max of 6 participants at a time and are led by one of our trained Flexologists who will guide everyone through a series of stretches specific to their needs.

Standard 5O Minute Stretch >

This session is a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. It's great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

Maintenance 25 Minute Stretch >
This session concentrates only on major muscle groups and can help alleviate muscle tightness. It's great for when you don't have enough time for a full body stretch and need muscle relief.

Group Stretches

During a group stretch, our Flexologist will assist and guide you through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as how to work with stretching tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. It doesn't matter what your flexibility level is - anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey is welcomed!
